In order that your ISYS product can communicate with Sage Line 50, it is necessary to login to Sage and ‘Enable 3rd Party Integration’. This is achieved by choosing ‘Tools|Activation|Enable 3rd Party Integration’ from the menu :
Sage Line 50 will then display the following instructions. You (or your Sage Dealer) need to call Sage Helpdesk on the phone number below and ask to enable 3rd Party Integration for your Sage. The Sage Support representative may ask for your Sage Line 50 Licence details, so it is best to have these handy prior to making the call. The Sage Support representative will provide you with a Serial Number and Activation Key. It is important that you make a note of this information in a safe place in addition to entering into the boxes below. It is preferable to enter the info below into the boxes whilst still on the phone to Sage.
